29 Faces Day 2

I started and finished this one today, and at one point I thought I had ruined it, her face has changed about 4 times!!
I think I've finally finished it, although I'll probably come back to it in a couple of days and think "It needs more white hair dangly doodles" or something.

  3. Aww, she is wonderful! I love her sweet, sort of demure little face! All of the white danglies are fantastic - they create an almost geisha-esque effect. which then creates a very interesting juxtaposition with her face. Really like this! Lovely background, too!

  6. She's beautiful like she is! Great work. Sometimes I think we see something in our head a certain way and then struggle so hard to get it down on paper or whatever our medium is, that we lose something in the translation. Other times, I think we try so hard we block the flow of inspirational energies. I've done pieces where I've changed elements again and again and even believed at one point the image was ruined, only to later find out its one of the best pieces I've ever done. She's outstanding! Great work!

    1. Thank you Dayna! I think you are right, I see something in my head then get bogged down trying to replicate it rather than just letting it evolve into what it wants to be, this is what I am trying to learn how to do right now and hopefully by the end of the 29 days I'd have loosened up somewhat.
